Ah Spring, the season for rebirth and renewal (and 30 inch blizzards in Colorado). All things seem bright and new. We have a crop of New Faces that are vying for the Republican Nomination for President. There may even be a new mood in Washington as Congress does seem to be talking about actually cutting spending
