The general public may now create free accounts at DCGOP.org in order to stay informed of the latest DCGOP news, events, and activist alerts, and in order to indicate their willingness to volunteer.

Everyone is invited to create an account by visiting http://www.DCGOP.org/CreateAccount.  You will be prompted for some contact information and be given the opportunity to indicate whether or not you are willing to volunteer to help the DCGOP in a number of different ways.  Even if you're not able to volunteer at this time, we encourage you to create an account so that you're kept informed of the latest DCGOP-related information.

Once you have an account at DCGOP, we will automatically email you relevant information about DCGOP news and events, activist alerts, and other relevant information.  Those that offer to volunteer will also be in our database so we can find the right volunteers at the right time in the future.

Please feel free to open your own account, and invite your family and friends to open accounts as well.  You don't have to be a resident of Douglas County or even a Republican to join the website.

This will further help us engage the public moving forward towards 2010.
