Are you interested in getting involved in the Republican political process?
Would you like to learn what caucus is all about and how to participate? The Republican caucus in Colorado is coming early this cycle, on February 7th, 2012. If you'd like to become involved in the Republican party, help determine the direction of the Douglas County Republican Party, or help choose the Republican nominee for president--and if you're a registered Republican--you're going to want to participate in caucus on February 7th!
While you don't have to attend any class in order to participate in caucus, tonight's event will strive to make the process understandable so that you'll know what to expect when you attend caucus on February 7th.
We'll go over the caucus process and answer any questions you may have about what happens at caucus, how to be elected precinct committee person, and how to be elected as a delegate to the county assembly, state assembly, or the RNC Convention where we will nominate our candidate for president.
Note: While everyone is welcome, this training is intended primarily for those Republicans who are just getting involved or have questions.
Training for current precinct committee people and district captains will be held in January and February.
