The Douglas County Republican Party held a Vacancy Committee meeting on Tuesday, July 24, 2012, to fill the vacancy in the office of vice-chair.

Tanne Blackburn was was elected vice-chair and, as per the DCR Bylaws, assumed the office of vice-chair at the adjournment of the meeting.
