The list below is of the Republicans who voted for Cap & Trade. Please let them know what you think by calling or faxing them and insisting that they vote against it if/when a compromise bill comes back from the Senate.

"This is the biggest job-killing bill that's ever been on the floor of the House of Representatives.  Right here, this bill," House Minority Leader John Boehner said after the vote.  "And I don't think that's what the American people want."

We must be vigilant and make sure our own Republican representatives are working hard to protect our jobs, our economy, and our country.  Don't assume that because your representative is Republican that he or she is voting as you assume.  Always verify how they vote and be sure they hear from you when you are not pleased.  It's best to let them know before an important vote, but letting them know after the vote is important too--especially when it's probable that they'll have to vote on a compromise bill in the future.
