Four major anti-gun bills will be heard this week in Colorado Statehouse committees.  The committees need to hear your opposition to these measures this week and know that the citizens of Colorado support the 2nd Amendment.

Tuesday, Feb. 12th, upon adjournment, in the Old Supreme Court Chamber
         HB13-1224: Prohibit large capacity magazines
         HB13-1229: Universal background checks

Wednesday, Feb. 13th, upon adjournment, in the Old Supreme Court Chamber
         HB13-1226 – No concealed carry at colleges
         HB13-1228 – Payment for background checks for gun transfers

Note: Please check the House Calendar for any changes in scheduling.  The committee hearings will begin when the House adjourns its morning business.   We suggest you meet in the House Gallery between 9am and 9:30am to watch the proceedings until adjournment, then move to the committee hearing rooms to sign-up to testify.

Express your support for the 2nd Amendment and ask these committees to vote NO on laws that will infringe on the rights of law-abiding citizens.  When giving your testimony, please be polite and concise.
