Dear Fellow Republicans,We are looking forward to an amazing Lincoln Day Dinner and Auction. This is our main fundraiser for the year. The funds from this event help to make our efforts in the coming elections this fall more effective. Please help us by donating an item or two to the Auction. I would also like to challenge each District Captain to come up with something for the auctionfrom your district.

Jewelry
Artwork
Unique and interesting household items
Gift Cards
Gift Baskets
Fun Experiences
Business services and gift certificate (Also a great opportunity for marketing for local businesses)
Food and Alcohol
Firearms and Firearms related items
Sports items.
Please make sure that the attached form is filled out completely for each donation, as this makes both mine and our treasurer’s lives much easier when recording and tracking donations.
I will be at the Executive Meeting in May and can pick up any donations that you want to bring with you there, or I can make arrangements to pick up or drop off items as needed. Also if you are going to donate a gun, perishable food items, or an experience please contact me so we can get the paperwork needed done on it in advance.
The Deadline for Auction Donations is May 30th.
