Auction Items Needed for Lincoln Day Dinner

Dear Fellow Republicans,

We are looking forward to an exciting 2016 Election Season.   We are going to start that season off with the 2016 Lincoln Day Dinner.    The Dinner will be on February 13th, in Castle Rock at the Fair Grounds.   See the attached flyer for more information about the event.

This is our main fundraiser for the year.   The funds from this event help to make our efforts in the crucial 2016 Election Season more effective.    Please consider helping us out with this event by either volunteering your time to help with the event (both preparation for the event and on the night of the event) or by donating an item to our silent and live auctions.

We need volunteers to help procure auction items, assist in set up and clean up for the event, assist with the auctions on the night of the event, and general help on the night of the event.   If you are interested in helping in any way please contact me.  (Contact Info Below).

We also need a great selection of fun items for our silent auction as well.

Unique and interesting household items
Gift Cards
Gift Baskets
Fun Experiences
Business services and gift certificate (Also a great opportunity for marketing for local businesses)
Experiences with Elected Officials
Food and Alcohol
Firearms and Firearms related items
Sports items

Please make sure that the attached donation form is filled out completely for each donation, as this makes both mine and our treasurer’s lives much easier when recording and tracking donations.

I will be at the DCGOP Executive Meetings on January 9th, and February 6th, and can pick up any donations that you want to bring there or send with a District Captain, or I can make arrangements to pick up or drop off items as needed.   Also if you are going to donate a Firearm, perishable food items,  or an experience please contact me so we can get the paperwork needed done on it in advance.

The Deadline for Auction Donations is February 6th.

Thank you again to everyone who has already or is planning to donate or volunteer for our Lincoln Day Dinner Auction, we cannot make this event a success without you.  Thank you again, and let’s raise some money and elect some great Republicans to office!!!!
