On May 24, 2010 Douglas County Republican Vice-Chair Pat Nohavec submitted her written resignation, effective immediately.  As a result, a vacancy in the office of vice-chair has been declared by the Secretary.

A Vacancy Committee Meeting for the purpose of electing a new vice-chair will be scheduled.  Details regarding the scheduling of the Vacancy Committee Meeting will be announced as soon as the information is available, and an Official Call will be issued, as per the bylaws.
