To all who are participating in the Parker Days parade on June 12th please be advised that the parade route and staging areas have changed.  Here is an extract from the Chamber website:

Because of construction near Town Hall, the parade route has changed this year. Staging will be in the RTD lot on Longs Way and along S. Park Glenn Way. The parade will then proceed south along Longs Way to Victorian, then east on Victorian to Main Street. The parade will then proceed west on Main Street to the west end of Victorian, then north on Victorian returning to Longs Way and back to the RTD lot.

We are told that there will be limited parking in the RTD lot so either plan to get there early or carpool.  Our float will be located behind the Dairy Queen on S Park Glen Way.  The easiest way to reach that location is to go north on Parker Road from Main Street and then turn right onto Plaza drive.  The Dairy Queen is at the intersection of Park Glen and Plaza.  It will be in position by 8AM.
