DCGOP participants please arrive at 9:30
Candidate please arrive at 9:15

The float will be done on Sat. AM.
Staging will take place behind Safeway on Perry St.

All DC GOP participants wear their
DC GOP Elephant T-Shirts (or wear red and white)

DCRW and DCYR will be immediately after the DC GOP.

All candidates are allowed to walk in the DC GOP entry,
behind the float participants.
The order will be in order of National, State, then County.

Jim Fink will start checking in at 8:30 am Sat. behind Safeway on Perry St.
Parking is a huge issue so coming early is best.

Chairman Baisley will be bringing the wagons/water.
We will need two or three people to pull the wagons.

Ben Cox is in charge of the booth for all 4 days of the fair.
Please contact Ben for your availability to work during the four days.
