Official Call: Central Committee Meeting Regarding Party's Financial Records
	July 7th, 2009

     PLEASE TAKE NOTICE, that the Douglas County Republican Central Committee shall hold a special meeting on the 29th day of July, 2009, at 7:00pm, at the Commissioners' Hearing Room, Miller Building, 100 Third Street, Castle Rock, Colorado.

     Credentialling shall begin at 6:00pm.

     This special meeting shall occur concurrently with the meeting of the Douglas County Republican Central Committee Vacancy Committee, the Official Call for which is transmitted herewith.

     Those eligible to vote are the voting members of the DCR: Douglas County Republican elected officers, Republican District Captains, Douglas County Republican Precinct Committee People, and certain Republican elected officials who reside in Douglas County.  Under the DCR Bylaws, voting by proxy is not allowed.

     This meeting is called to conduct the following business: To receive and hear a report of an examination of the Party's financial records.

     This Official Call is issued pursuant to Sections 3 and 4 of Article IX of the Bylaws of the Douglas County Republican Central Committee.
